Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF files with immediate download access), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Under EU consumer protection law, you typically have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. However, when you purchase a digital product from our site, you provide your prior express consent to begin the performance of the contract (i.e., the delivery of the digital content) before the withdrawal period has expired, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

We recommend that you carefully review the product description before making a purchase.

Exceptions

In the case of an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product, please contact us at support@raidoteka.com with your order details, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
